Upon clearance from your health care provider to perform pilates rehabilitation, we focus on maximizing allowable movement by balancing stability with flexibility. The result is overall wellness and fitness while focusing on a localized area.

Rehabilitation Session Offerings

Initial visit and evaluation

Your physical history is discussed and personal goals are established. A posture and gait analysis is conducted. A brief Pilates workout will follow a description of Pilates principles.

One hour individual session

Post physical therapy rehabilitative sessions include ten minutes of goal review and fifty minutes of personal Pilates training. Your Pilates rehabilitative trainer looks forward to working closely with you and your doctor to prevent re-injury and bring your body back in balance. Two sessions per week are suggested for optimum results.

Home Rehabilitation Program Monitoring

twelve one hour private sessions, one per month for one year
For those who have completed multiple individual classes or who have access to Pilates equipment at home, a daily home exercise program is established using the equipment, mat, foam roller, circle and/ or ball. Your monthly session will evaluate your progress and modify your program based on your goals.
